Yachts without valid ratings must apply for an assigned rating for this Regatta only through the Sailing Director at RVYC (604-224-1344).

The National Bank Easter Seals Charity Regatta is the largest charity Regatta on the West Coast. Registration is $100. Fees include 1 barbecue ticket and 1 drink ticket. Late fees apply for entries received after 2000 hours, Thursday July 14, 2016. Your registration fee is waived if you find a company or individual to sponsor your boat for a minimum $250 in support of Vancouver Easter Seals House.

You must pick-up your Skipper Package at the Pre Regatta Reception or check-in day of.

If you want to purchase additional barbeque tickets for your crew or guests you can purchase them online. Additional tickets will be included in your skipper’s package.

Barbeque tickets are $15 each.

Additional Tickets:
Competitors must carry a valid Certificate of Insurance, indicating public liability coverage, which shall not be less than $1,000,000 while racing and must present a copy of the certificate to the check-in registration desk when checking in for the Regatta. No boats are exempt.

In consideration of acceptance of this entry or my being permitted to take part in this event, I agree to absolutely release and discharge forever and save harmless and keep indemnified Royal Vancouver Yacht Club and Easter Seals, BC, and their respective organizers, agents, officials, servants and representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands of any kind in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with my taking part in this event notwithstanding that such death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property may have been contributed to or caused or occasioned by the negligence of the same bodies, or any of them, or their agents, officials, servants or representatives. I further understand and agree that this Release and Indemnity is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors and assigns.

We appreciate your support to provide services to children with disabilities in British Columbia by participating in the National Bank Easter Seals Charity Regatta. Part of the fees will help support Easter Seals House Vancouver.
